We talk about the positive effects of getting a good nights sleep and the equally positive effects of just being a be more aware of what you eat.
We are taking these challenges because we want to see how different lifestyles and 'fads' can affect our mental and physical well being. This month we are switching it up a little. We are taking a break from having a guest challenge and just having a broader chat about where we are now that we are hitting the fourth month as well a having some general talk about heart rate training, overall wellness and what we have learnt so far.
The challenges this month are good ones though.... Chris does some calorie counting with the help of the app MyFitnessPal to try and chip away at his Dad Bod whilst Dok has to say goodbye to his night owl ways and spend a whole month sleeping without an alarm.... If you think that's easy just bear in mind the he has a job that sometimes starts very early...
