How to boost your visibility with Stephanie Aitken
07/19/21 • 26 min
Our focus for this Season is ‘Being Your Best Self’ and I'm delighted to welcome the wonderful Stephanie Aitken, an expert coach, as my guest today. Stephanie started out as a commercial media lawyer before switching careers ten years ago, and is now a highly experienced trainer and coach, supporting people to build their confidence, be more courageous and step up in their roles so that they can fulfil their potential – with a particular specialism in helping women going through leadership transitions. She has a very interesting take on gender equality that hones in on what she calls the “paradox of women's leadership”. One of the paradoxes links to personal power and visibility which we're going to focus on today.
The Confidence Conversation podcast with Joy Burnford explores the world of women, work and what it takes to feel more confident. Each episode offers inspiration, stories and light-hearted discussions with business leaders and experts from around the world.
A lack of confidence is not a crime. So, if you need some motivation, inspiration or a boost of confidence, grab a cuppa, go for a dog walk, or escape for a drive and join us for today’s conversation about confidence.
We'd like to say a big thank you to Capability Jane Recruitment for helping us bring this podcast to life. They specialise in finding highly talented individuals that want to work flexibly.
