Looking Back to Go Forward: Setting Yourself Up For Your Best Business Year Yet
How has your 2022 year in business been? Has it been your best year yet? Or do you wish things could have gone differently?
Before diving into creating goals for 2023, it's important to look back on 2022. Look back on what went well, what didn't go so well, your highs, and lows. Doing this will help you spot gaps in your knowledge and to create aligned business goals with actionable steps for 2023.
Reflecting on your business year also helps you to see just how far you've come, both as an individual and as a business leader. In this episode, I go through some key questions that you can answer when reflecting on your business year. You can answer these questions all in one session, or take a question a day to answer. The idea behind these questions is to really dig deep and to help you create a business plan for 2023 that is aligned with you as an individual and also your business's mission, vision, and values.
The Confident CEO Journal is now available and this is the perfect place to write down your reflections ready for some serious action planning for 2023. Hit the link below to order your copy, and don't forget to sign up for the newsletter for 10% off your first order!
