As a pediatric dietitian, I've counseled thousands of parents on tough-to-solve eating issues, including balancing weight (both gaining and losing), increasing fruits and vegetables, and simply developing a healthy, balanced attitude towards eating and food. To get the best results for families, I rely on evidence-based approaches to feeding. I have a master's degree in public health nutrition (MPH), am a registered dietitian (RD), certified dietitian nutritionist (CDN), and certified diabetes care and education specialist (CDCES). I'm excited to share my experience with the Find Calm Here Community."

Welcome back to The Community Strategy Podcast: Season Three! I'm thrilled you have joined us; I can't wait to meet you inside Community Builders with Purpose!

International Women's Day is a time for celebration and an opportunity to reflect on the progress made and the work that still needs to be done to achieve gender equality worldwide.
