Cannabis and Tolerance Refresh!
THANK you for your support! We love when you guys reach out. We do this for one reason only, that’s for YOU! Please rate, subscribe, tell us what you like, THANK YOU for coming back!
I love this topic, as usual, this is one that’s near-and-dear to me, and is why I like to share with you all.
Are you feeling sometimes that you’re not getting the same “umph” from your cannabis? Are you getting frustrated? We’ll not for long!
We’ll provide tips in this episode to assist with that and any of these pesky tolerance issues moving forward!
Why is this topic important?
Developing a tolerance can affect your overall experience with cannabis and potentially lead to increased use and dependence.
For me, I think it’s the risk of looking elsewhere for your medicine...for something “stronger@ when you don’t need that...especially when you can just take a day or two, reset, and get efficacy from your cannabis again.
So tune in as we talk about tolerance, what it is, why it happens, and how you can keep your cannabis Always feeling good!

Cannabis and Jet Lag: 10 Ways Cannabis Can Assist!
Welcome back! We have a familiar episode for you all! Not too heavy, and maybe a bit of fun as well!
Jack and I have been traveling recently, it’s spring break season, so we’re going to talk about that pesky ailment you may get when you’re zipping around the world in and out of different times zones...
To begin, let’s ask the big question: What is Jet Lag and How Does It Occur?
Answer? Jet lag is a temporary sleep disorder that occurs when a person travels across multiple time zones, causing a disruption in their internal clock, or circadian rhythm.
Circadian Rhythm- The circadian rhythm is a 24-hour internal clock that regulates various physiological processes, including the sleep-wake cycle.
When a person travels through different time zones, the body's internal clock becomes misaligned with the destination's local time, resulting in a range of symptoms.
This disruption in the circadian rhythm can lead to symptoms such as insomnia, fatigue, irritability, difficulty concentrating, and gastrointestinal issues.

Cannabis and Seasonal Allergies in 2023: Top 4 ways cannabis can assist!
Cannabis and Seasonal Allergies in 2023- 4 Ways Cannabis Can Assist!
Why is this topic important?
I’ve compiled a few thoughts on this, including:
Seasonal allergies affect a large portion of the population and can have a negative impact on quality of life.
Traditional treatments for seasonal allergies may not work for everyone or may come with unwanted side effects.
Cannabis offers a potential alternative or complementary treatment option for seasonal allergies.
Cannabis may have anti-inflammatory and antihistamine properties, pain relief, etc, which can help alleviate some of the symptoms associated with allergies.
Research on the potential benefits and risks of cannabis for seasonal allergies can help inform healthcare professionals and patients in making informed decisions about treatment options....let your doctors know!!
