In this week's episode, I share memories from my life from a musical lens. I talk about finding passion and belonging in singing from an early age, falling in love with lyrics & songwriting, how I struggled with mindset and mental blockers, how much Avril Lavigne and her music meant to me (just wait for the entire avril episode lol), and how female singer songwriters in general always empowered and inspired me.

4 Empowering The Menstrual Cycle: Personal Insights & Convictions
In this week's episode, I share my high level thoughts and feelings about the menstrual cycle and some of my personal experiences. I briefly touch on the four distinct phases of the menstrual cycle. But mainly, I talk about premenstrual syndrome (PMS) & adjacent subjects to highlight the frustration and pain many women deal with. This episode aims to introduce this subject matter at a high level and get you curious about learning more and joining the larger conversation as it pertains to women's health and well-being.
I plan to do a future episode to talk in depth on cycle syncing, the science (or lack thereof), and how I've implemented changes in my own life, now that I have begun leaning into my own cycle. If you have thoughts, questions, reflections, arguments to make based on anything I'm saying, I would love to hear them!
