The Burnout Recovery Podcast

Today I have the wonderful guest and colleague, Rebecca Blackburn, talking about the upside of burnout. Rebecca is a mum, life and success coach for female entrepreneurs, and has experienced her own burnout.
We cover the following in this fun and connected chat:
- Rebecca's experience of burnout....
- What is different in her life after burnout - the growth she has experienced.
- why mindset matters in burnout recovery and prevention.
Rebecca Blackburn is a Life and Success Coach for female entrepreneurs. As a business owner for 20 years - from brick & mortar to online business, and solopreneur to partnerships - she has experienced all of the stress, sweat, and tears it takes to become a successful entrepreneur. She has also experienced how sweet success can be when you learn to build your life and business with clarity and focus every single step of the way.
In 2017, with her passion for personal and professional development, she became a certified Life Coach from The Life Coach School and launched her coaching business, Rebecca Blackburn Coaching. Through her proprietary coaching framework, COLLECTED, she teaches women how to reignite and channel their entrepreneur energy so they can execute with purpose to create fulfilling success in their life and business.
Rebecca lives in Louisville, KY with her husband, two children, and Doberman, Coco Louise. Along with her coaching practice, she is the Co-Founder and Co-Owner of The Pet Station Country Club - a pet resort with two locations, nearly 100 team members, and growing.
