TAO-Living with Lou Corleto

Have you heard the adage, “If you tell a lie often enough, it becomes a truth”? That was expressed by Joseph Goebbels, the architect behind Nazi regime propaganda...

Is that still playing out in today’s world? Is this affecting you personally?

I say, yes it is.

In 1971, President Nixon created the “War on Drugs”. It was actually a war on psychedelics. Because, at that time, there was high level research on the profound mental and physical benefits of psychedelics. There is no toxicity and no lethal doses... Yet there was a war declared.

I remember as a child seeing commercials about frying your brain - and it scared me! I eventually did partake and experienced the opening of consciousness which the powers that be did not want us to experience...

Researchers realized that psychedelics were helping people crack out of limiting paradigms and see themselves and the world differently, which caused healing.

Why a war on that? Well, in the 1960s, there were too many conscientious objectors to the war in Vietnam, and they were starting to protest a lot of things...

Here are 2 Critical Questions...

Am I capable?

Am I willing?

I can answer the first question for you - the answer is yes. You have life force, you have breath, and therefore you are capable.

The 2nd question - only you can answer this. Am I willing to achieve this and let nothing stop me? That’s on you.

Many people will say, ”Yes, I am willing”, but why are they not achieving the thing - the health, new business, relationships, etc? That’s simple. It’s because there is a disconnect - some limiting beliefs, trauma, or interference in the subconscious mind.

These disconnects are critical to unpack or you cannot get where you want to in life.

Back to the phrase, “When you tell a lie, it often becomes a truth...”

The biggest lie is about your capacity to heal yourself. Your ability to heal your body, mind, and soul is far greater than anybody has given you permission to. And the powers that be drive that lie in the wrong direction. They say you’re a weak broken machine! When that’s not the case at all.

Be mindful of what you allow into your subconscious. Don’t just follow what is being laid upon you.

And for a limited time, please check out the FREE Operator’s Manual for Your Vehicle Training, so you can start to heal on all levels, take charge of your destiny, reach your goals, and THRIVE.

I’m here as always, check out the manual while it’s up, and please share.

Abundant Blessings, Lou

The healing power of forgiveness - Dr. Michael & Jeanine Ryce

Our wounds often come from genetically inherited traumas — multi-generational assaults — that store unresolved pain and result in repeated experiences which obscure the subtle, permanently available experience of our True Nature, Love. Blocks to the awareness of our Selves as Love are NEVER imposed from the outside, it is always an inside job. Work to be done... Inside and Out! Perception autobiographical George Washington Carver, in refusing to give up the experience of himSelf as Love, offered, "I will never allow a man to so defile my soul so as to cause me to hate him." Carl Jung, describing the avoidable cause of repeated painful experiences, informed us that... “Whatever is rejected from the self, appears in the world (perception) as an event. We meet ourselves time and again in a thousand disguises on the path of life.” He then describes the way out... "Until the unconscious becomes conscious it will direct our lives and we will call it fate." How do we make the unconscious conscious? The tools for reliably opening what, in the ancient teachings was called the, "Veil of the 'temple,'" — the barrier between the sub-conscious and the unconscious mind — and removal of assault energy — appeared 2,000 years ago in the Aramaic language! Properly called Forgiveness, the technology was almost instantly changed from an internal process to an outer-directed act. Forgive, let "them off the hook" we have been told! With that directive, Forgiveness was LOST to humanity. You cannot change an internally generated dynamic through an outer directed act! Engaging in the lost art of Forgiveness creates a visceral opening that facilitates the flow of Light and Love into every instant of our lives! Pain or turmoil is always an opportunity to put an end to denial, to learn and apply Forgiveness! Here is a free download link to my book... "Why Is This Happening TO ME... Again?!" (in 9 languages) which explains how... www.whyagain.org/book Dr. Michael Ryce is the founder and director of HeartLand, a self-healing center in the Ozark mountains. He is a world-renowned lecturer and teacher on health and healing, with doctorates in Naturopathic Medicine and in Holistic Philosophy. The focus of his studies has combined body-mind principles, physics, and ancient Aramaic studies into a unique body of pioneering work in the fields of self-healing, healing through relationships, anger and grief resolution, world peace, and the inner process of Forgiveness. His unique synthesis of information and tools is acclaimed, as “a powerful blend of spiritual principles and intellectual clarity, guided by the heart!” His workshops explain, with profound simplicity, how the mind/body/emotion interaction affects health, and every event in life, and impacts our relationships. In each self-contained workshop, effective tools are presented to assist in creating high-level wellness and eliminating upset, lack and conflict. His book, Why Is This Happening To Me . . . Again?!, is an international best seller. Jeanie Ryce is a knowledgeable practitioner in the fields of Creative Spiritual Direction, Self-healing, Healing Through Relationships, anger and grief resolution, stress management, identifying purpose and, especially, the Inner Process of Forgiveness. Jeanie, with her uncanny intuitive ability, knows how to, “touch people where it hurts,” and then, with expert guidance, support the healing of issues hidden, perhaps for lifetimes. An incredibly creative educator and guide, with a Bachelors of Psychology and 30 years of teaching experience, Jeanie has the ability to presence Love and thereby facilitate the rare occurrence of internal healing.

Denial, thinking, or speaking as though something outside of oneSelf is the cause of what is moving on the inside blocks awareness of one's own internal dynamics and creates the unnatural condition of an unconscious mind!

To those locked into unconsciousness — psychologists tell us that 90, 95, perhaps 98% of the average person's mental processes are unconscious — Carl Jung uncovered why people hide from themSelves, and what is hiding within — "What if I should discover that the poorest of the beggars and the most impudent of offenders are all WITHIN me; and that I stand in need of the alms of my own kindness, that I, myself, am the enemy who must be loved -- what then?"

Perception — the world we think we see with our eyes — is a hologram generated out of past content — a projection of the mind! We "see" nothing with our eyes... We "see" with our brains! There is no life in the holograms produced by the mind! We have been suckered!

Anil Seth, professor of Cognitive and Computational Neuroscience at the University of Sussex, England, explains that perception is a mental construct, generated by the mind/body/nervous system... “The whole world we (think) we see is a hallucination,” he says, "unique to each person! "When we agree on ...

Can I really heal from PTSD? with JP deLange

My guest for today was a career Army officer, a devoted husband and father, who spent 45 years serving his country and the elite units like the Army Special Operations Command at Fort Bragg, the 25th injury division in Hawaii, with more than two dozen deployments to places like Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Kosovo, the Philippines and Haiti. He witnessed the effects of extreme human suffering around the world, firsthand.

And 2018 When John Paul, or JP deLange, was diagnosed with the worst kind of PTSD.

He was in denial, “How could this happen to me?”, he wondered. But simultaneously, JP saw it as a gift and thoughts of PTSD never entered his mind.

Now, as a Certified High Performance Coach, and a Radical Forgiveness Coach, he's deeply committed to excellence in helping people dig deeper into achieving consistently higher levels of fulfillment, success, and life satisfaction.

He studied the neuroscience of PTSD. He has researched psychology, physiology, and spirituality, to understand what happens in the mind and body when we experience a traumatic event.

In this episode, we unpack how Radical Forgiveness can be an important step in healing from PTSD.

We explore:

  • The #1 reason traumatic stress is in the shadows in western culture and how that shapes our personal narrative
  • How Radical Forgiveness can speed up your healing process
  • 5 health benefits of doing Radical Forgiveness work
  • The #1 way we can bring PTSD into the light and promote healing on a larger scale
  • And much more

JP shared the social impacts, public policy, and stigmas surrounding PTSD. What he discovered was stunning...

  • 220 Veterans will commit suicide in the United States over the next ten days
  • About 8,000 will take their life before the end of this year
  • It’s not just the service member that suffers. Families feel the pain from its effects too
  • The divorce rate among members of the military is higher than any profession (60%)
  • 11-20% of service members who served in Iraq or Afghanistan have PTSD
  • 55% of women 38% of men have experienced sexual harassment in the military
  • Trauma that is witnessed can be just as damaging as trauma that is experienced

It was an honor and pleasure to speak with JP and I'm sure you will benefit from this conversation!
