Custom Justice - Chapter 28, Prisoners of War
05/07/22 • 14 min
Waking up with a hangover was a new experience and Richard taught me all about the local cures for such a malady that day. I was also quite successful in tricking myself into thinking the stranger in the hotel room was something that hadn't happened the night before. Eager as ever, I went on about my way, and we went to explore the castle. I saw things that would blow my mind and leave me speechless, and would later serve as a reminder of what my own life would become. The photo was from that morning.

Custom Justice - Chapter 1, Juniper
My earliest memories surfaced in my 20s in such a violent way that couldn’t understand them for a long time. Now that I do, they’ve driven a wedge between myself and my family that will likely never be altered or removed. This weeks podcast cover photo is a photo of me at around 4 years old.
