Style and Stewardship - Holistic Nutrition, Wellness, Faithful Lifestyle Stewardship

This episode is all about staying connected to the Vine and an encouraging reminder of knowing God is with us. Even when it feels like our situation isn't changing or has not changed we can remind ourselves that God is always doing something.

I also shared something that God laid on my heart awhile ago. "Stop needing to know before you go."

If you're curious or would like a bit of encouragement listen to this episode. I hope that it encourages you!

Keep going, stay connected, and press in.

28 The Problem With Self Care, and Self Love

In this episode of the Style and Stewardship Podcast. I'm thinking out loud about "self-care" and "self-love." To be honest I don't particularly believe we struggle with the right priorities. When you look at your life do you believe that self-care or self-love are what you need more of? Do these phrases really sum up and articulate what you are [actually] missing and needing? Spoiler alert! I don't think the issue most of us have actually has much to do with these two buzz-words at all.
