Join me as I have an interesting conversation with Steph who is an emotional release therapist. She works with trapped emotions, limiting beliefs, stored trauma and all the things that we suppress and store in the body. Steph helps to release these emotions.
We talk about emotional release therapy and how a session works. As well as:
- Talk therapy, hypnotherapy, body testing, energy work
- Find your limiting beliefs and what emotions are holding you back
- It's so important to feel our emotions
- Subconscious mind + conscious mind
- Deep beliefs of who we are and why we do what we do - sometimes when we don't even know ourselves
- How important the first 7 years of our lives are and how it relates to our life now as an adult
- Meditation + Breath-work
- Think from our heart space not our brain space
- Everything is from within
- We can only hold an emotion in its full capacity for only 45 seconds
- Choosing yourself
