Social Media VOI with guest Tom Wagner

Tom Wagner is the Public Relations Manager at the Florida Aquarium. Tom is using social media to increase exposure for the florida Aquarium as well as support environmental efforts. One example, is the recent cold spell in Florida that caused sea turtles to become confused. They needed help to get to the water, and Tom helped coordinate volunteer efforts through Twitter.
