In 2017, Glenn received recognition as the EY World Entrepreneur of the Year runner-up and was made an Officer of the Order of Australia for his philanthropic leadership in the business sector and his work as an advocate for people with an intellectual disability. The Foreign Ministry appointed Glenn as the Chairman of the Board for the Australia ASEAN Council in 2017.
