Melody is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Child Mental Health Specialist, and an expert in childhood trauma, family dynamics and suicidal ideation. She also has a private practice counseling individuals 14 and up and is the School District Mental Health Liaison for students and families in crisis. Melody also spends her time co-hosting community conversations in order to normalize and validate the human experience. In addition to her career as a therapist, Melody is a former Reality TV producer, director, and a children's show co-host. She was also a standup comic in LA for 5 years. This fall, Melody plans on releasing her first book on relationship estrangement titled "Mourning The Living." Her next book will look inside the realm of Adolescent Suicidal Thoughts and Behaviors.
