Reclaim Your A-Game

"God did not create me to live a life of degradation and torment. He created me for greatness. He created all of us for greatness."
- Jeanne Muhammad

Have you ever said to yourself, "I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired?"

My guest Jeanne Muhammad has. Today, she's a woman on a God-given mission. With her belief that it is never too late to change for the better, she has dedicated her life to helping others make the changes (if they so desire) that she had to make to find peace and happiness.

Jeanne is a Certified Life and Happiness Coach, a Certified Assertiveness and Confidence Coach and a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach.

She is also a professional speaker, workshop facilitator and blogger.

What's more, she is the author of several books, including “Inner Peace and Serenity: A Spiritual Journey”, “Take Back Your Pen: How To Rewrite Your Life Story”, “A Better Me: Embracing Change”, “Change Your Habits-Change Your Results” and “A Success Action Plan”.

Jeanne has risen above the abuse and violence that were once a part of her childhood and adult life. Her earliest memory is of her mother screaming yet her journey of self-love and self-reflection has led her to find inner peace and joy. She has made a practice of asking herself, "What did you learn yesterday that can make today better?" And that's her guiding light for making today better for others as well.

Topics:

8:02 - What it's like to live a double life with the corporate world on one hand and drugs, alcohol and being abused on the other

9:01 - The difficult question to ask yourself if you don't like what you're attracting

9:56 - What it means to be on a self-love journey

29:46 - What happens when you accept your mission

In Conversation with Andrea Beaman - It's Time to Start Questioning

We seem to be in an era when more people are starting to wake up and speak up. I had the immense pleasure of interviewing internationally renowned health educator Andrea Beaman for a feature in Podcast Magazine. Andrea is also a Holistic Health Coach and Natural Foods Chef who teaches individuals and health practitioners how to harness the body's self-healing capacity and stay connected to self and spirit. And she's a mentor to me. This candid conversation was so inspiring that I had to reveal at least a bit of the wisdom Andrea shared. It's a profound discussion that is likely to make you stop and think. And it's eye-opening too! For example, I had never heard of "black box pharmaceuticals" before. And have you really (I mean REALLY) considered what can make our experience happier and healthier while we're here in the human body? Discover this and so much more in this episode.

Here are a few of the must-listen topics we cover:

9:59 - The sneaky obstacles that can get in the way of our health and happiness

11:41 - What the heck are black box pharmaceuticals?

11:03 - Have you considered whether you're a cog in the machine?

15:09 - The awakening of consciousness that's happening in these times

21:03 - What you can tap into when you start connecting to your breath

29:21 - How you can make the best decisions for yourself
