Rock Bottom to A Global Movement For Men
11/07/20 • 65 min
What an honest, raw and breathtaking podcast.
We were joined by Lachlan Stuart who was a man at rock bottom, a man who used drugs and alcohol to numb the pain and reality he was in. A man that has turned his life around and now runs a global movement empowering men to change their lives called 'The Man That Can Project'. Lachie is a Lululemon Ambassador and has just been voted in the top 10 performance coaches in Australia.
We talk through Lachie's journey and we go back right to the beginning. We believe his story isn't as unique as some people may believe, but Lachie is willing and open to talk about what caused him pain before which we believe will be so relatable to so many people listening.
Some of the topics we talk about
Schoolboy bullying
Becoming something you are not
Your Identity
Drugs and alcohol
Relationships
Mental Health
Taking the first step
Self belief and work ethic.
The list goes on and on but I will let you all listen yourself. I want to thank Lachie for telling his story and opening up and as always I am sure this will inspire someone to think differently.
