Working in STEM, Period Stigma & Work Life Balance w/ Ella Maciver

In this episode, I had a fantastic chat with Ella Maciver, a total rockstar in the STEM world. We're gonna get into what it's really like for women working in male-dominated industries.
We're keeping it real (as we always do here - no play pretend or lies) and we're kicking off with one of my favourite topics which is period stigma – yeah, we're all tired of it. Then, we're sharing some tips on how to create the work life balance we all need and deserve. Work is just one part of the whole picture.
But there's more! We're also diving into the world of mental health, and why it's important to talk about it openly, even at work (especially at work, I'd say!). We've got some practical advice on how to start those conversations with your colleagues and bosses.
Now, here's the truth: we had such a great time recording this episode that we had to do it twice because of some tech hiccups. But I'm so excited to finally share it with you!

In this episode, I'm joined by Henry Nelson-Case, known to many as @ThatCorporateLawyer on TikTok and Instagram. Henry is a lawyer, TedX speaker, content creator and mental health advocate.
In this insightful conversation, Henry shares his journey from navigating the high-pressure world of corporate law to advocating for mental health and well-being in the workplace. Henry's experience in growing a vibrant online community where he shares his thoughts and advice is nothing short of inspiring and I highly recommend you follow him.
I also want to share a personal note with you. This episode was actually recorded back in the summer of last year. Its release was delayed due to my own experience with burnout.

Sending lots of love and thank you for your support.
