250. How Many Days Do You Have Left? A Wake-Up Call to Start Living NOW
What if you knew exactly how many days you had left to live? Would you keep waiting to start prioritizing yourself?
In this episode, I share a powerful, eye-opening moment I had as a nurse when a 101-year-old patient asked me: "How many days have I been alive?"
At first, 36,000 days seemed like a massive number. But when I really sat with it, I realized—it’s not. And it made me think... How many of those days do we waste waiting?
🚨 We push off our happiness.
🚨 We tell ourselves we’ll start Monday.
🚨 We live like we have unlimited time.
So today, I’m guiding you through a simple but life-changing exercise:
1️⃣ Calculate how many days you have left (on average).
2️⃣ Reflect on how you’re actually spending them.
3️⃣ Decide to stop waiting and start truly LIVING.
I also open up about losing my favorite aunt at a young age, how she made every moment count, and what that taught me about living fully—right now.
✨ Main Takeaway:
You won’t look back and remember the emails you sent, the long hours you worked, or the expectations you tried to meet. You’ll remember the moments, the connections, the joy.
So ask yourself: Are you spending your days in a way that actually feels good?
