About the host, Jenn Reilly
Hi, I’m Jenn Reilly, the host of the Raising Wholeness podcast. I’m a coach, mentor, and passionate advocate for women’s growth and empowerment through wholeness, especially as we navigate the complexities of motherhood, leadership, and self-awareness.
Through my own journey of alchemy and transformation—moving through the profound shifts of early motherhood and postpartum—I’ve come to understand that true wholeness requires us to embrace all parts of ourselves: the strengths, the challenges, and everything in between. It’s about weaving a tapestry that honors our cycles, our growth, and our deep need for both support and self-trust.
I created Raising Wholeness as a space where women can explore their full humanity—tending to our bodies, minds, and spirits in a way that’s deeply attuned and conscious. In my personal work, I support women, particularly those in leadership roles or early motherhood, in rewriting their stories, stepping into their full potential, and embracing the transformation that comes with it.
Whether you're navigating your own journey of self-discovery, motherhood, or leadership, my mission is to help you feel empowered, grounded, and aligned in all that you are. I’ve been through it, and I’m here to share my insights and to support you in your own journey toward wholeness.

Bonus Episode: Sarah Hesketh | Conscious Parenting
If you are looking to explore the world of conscious parenting this episode is for you. Sarah Hesketh is the cofounder of Raising Wholeness, with me (your host)! We've been a little off sync with releases the past month, as Sarah, and I have been birthing this new project. When we approach parenting in a reciprocal model, we open to a new orientation where parenting can be the most catalyzing spiritual pathway. In this episode, we discuss moving from compliance-based parenting into reciprocal/conscious parenting which is based in presence and awareness. We discuss the importance of language, specifically declarative language and how beneficial it can be to helping your mini mystics develop the foundations for critical thinking and self awareness as well as the importance of understanding childhood and human development to meet children where they are at in order to nuture their fullest potential and to raise them in wholeness.
Sarah is an ASHA certified Speech Language Pathologist. She has many years of experience working with children of all ages and learning differences. Sarah uses a whole child approach to therapy to support all areas of development. She enjoys getting to the root cause of issues and loves to support the needs of each individual child and family. Areas of interest include speech sound/motor, speech disorders, social learning and executive functioning skill development. Sarah has lived in NH all her life. She enjoys camping, walking in the woods, meditating, and spending time with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
