Raising Wholeness Podcast

Jenn Reilly

Welcome to Raising Wholeness, the podcast that invites you to step into your highest self and embrace the full spectrum of your human experience. Hosted by Jenn Reilly, this space is for those of us who are ready to evolve, break old patterns, and unlock parts of ourselves we've forgotten—or never even knew existed.

If you're in the midst of a transformation, seeking to deepen your connection with your authentic self, and looking to break free from the limitations that have held you back, this podcast is for you.

Jenn's journey into wholeness was sparked by motherhood—a raw awakening that demanded she show up as the best version of herself, not just for her daughter, but for her own life.

It's about raising ourselves—and our children—from a foundation of embodied wholeness, creating ripple effects that go beyond the individual and into every relationship, every action, and every choice we make.

If you're ready to explore the depth of who you are, to confront your shadows, and to step into more presence, aliveness, and freedom, join us.

This podcast isn’t just about self-discovery; it’s about thriving in your truest, most aligned form.

Let's awaken together. Your presence here means the world. Subscribe, share, and let’s dive into this transformation.

In today’s episode, I’m joined by Noel Coakley, someone I’ve known from a distance since high school. Back then, he was just my friend’s cool older brother, but little did I know, he had already started his meditation journey in 1996. Fast forward to today, and Noel is blending Buddhism, psychology, meditation, and trauma-informed Western psychology to support his clients. He’s also the founder and director of the Boston Center for Contemplative Practice.

Noel’s approach to wholeness, both in life and in his work, really resonates with me, and I was excited to explore how these teachings can deepen our understanding of ourselves. In this episode, we dive into the spiritual aspects of parenting, how Buddhism can inform our approach to life and leadership, and Noel shares a transformational practice that really aligns with shadow work.
Noel discusses his work, emphasizing the importance of unconditional love and the concept of Buddha nature. He shares a practice called Guru Yoga, which involves visualizing an unconditional loving being to reconnect with one's inherent wholeness. The conversation highlights the integration of spirituality and therapy, the challenges of parenting, and the ongoing practice of self-awareness and compassion. Noel hosts annual retreats, courses, and more - make sure to connect with Nore for more.

If you enjoy this conversation, be sure to share it with others.

In this episode, we explore the practice of pelvic floor work, and how building connection and intimacy with our womb we cultivate deep healing and connection. Sydney Zwicker is a bodyworker and women’s health mentor based in Denver, Colorado. She shares mediation practices, yoni egg practices, the flow and grace associated with following the female hormonal cycle, and the importance of embodying healthy connection with our womb not just for ourselves but for us as role models to future generations.

Sydney’s intention is to give clients and students the tools to journey into wholeness. She believes there is no one way, nor right way to heal. It’s a little bit of this, a little bit of that, and a whole lot of courage. Her passion is to be a catalyst in shedding the stigma of the female-lived experience, through embodiment practices, such as Qoya, Holistic Pelvic Care and Women’s Health Massage. Outside of her in-person bodywork practice, she offers online courses, workshops and 1:1 coaching programs to help women reclaim their essence and embody their truth.

Calling all parents of daughters.
Hey Everyone, In my recent Mystics Rising Podcast I have an amazing discussion with Kassandra Angus who shares the importance we have parents // guides to the young women in our lives (both mothers and fathers).
When a young women comes into her menarche (get's her period) her whole nervous system rewires, and the ways we support her during this time will deeply impact and create a blue print for her next stage of life in maidenhood. In the episode, Kassandra shares what is happening for the young blossom, what this can stir up in mothers, how mothers can go back and heal their younger selves who might not have been welcomed into Menarche in such a way, and what fathers can do to support their young women. I feel this episode is a must! What if all women were raised in this way where they are deeply connected to themselves, to their sacredness? Check it out - let me know what you think, share with a friend who might benefit from learning more how to support their daughters in this impactful time.
Kassandra Angus is a traditional reproductive therapist, facilitator & mentor for women & young girls who are seeking a grounded journey through the continuum of womanhood. Her greatest passion lies in reweaving the terrain of the hearts & wombs of the feminine as they venture through menarche, motherhood and beyond. For all my mom or moms in preparation - We have a responsibility to raise healthy masculine men... and the secret to that is not in telling them what to do, but leaning back and embodying our feminine essence. In this episode with Martine De Luna we explore wholeness through the lens of polarity work in motherhood.

In this episode we discuss:

  • Impact of testosterone on little boys
  • The mother's tone will set the culture and temperature of your family and your husband will respond to that
  • Relating to sons we don’t want them to leave the world we’ve created for them and our sons are meant to leave the world that you are
  • Have patience - let your sons come through for you let them take their time even if you can do it faster
  • The impact of tiger moms /devouring moms
  • Impact of shadow and wounding of the feminine on motherhood // good girl and tiger mom template
  • When we heal we build right relationship with ourselves.
  • Modeling receptivity
  • Support your sons to leave and go out into the world of men
