School is starting again soon and the breakfast/lunch menu is out. We talk about what is being offered to the kids and what Jody thinks about it. Trevor gets into our love story that he teased last episode and we get into some questions about nutrition, primarily snacking. Last week, Trevor had some high anxiety come out after a couple unexpected incidents in a row leading up to a quick trip to Vegas to play on live TV. We talk about what happened as well as what he did to manage the anxiety so he could feel like himself again. This episode will dive into what self care habits we use to help manage anxiety and stress. We also answered some listener questions at the end. Enjoy!
