Pretty Is As Pretty Does

Send us a text

It's not easy to admit that you're an emotional eater. To eat emotionally is the act of eating with the intention of satisfying your emotional needs.
You will not be able to eat your emotions away; in fact, after an emotional eating episode you tend to feel worse by experiencing intense shame and guilt.
This is the way that I lived most of my life. I wish for you to experience the food freedom that I have achieved in the last year. It’s magical!
Imagine seeing a table of all of your favorite foods, and instead of being scared to eat them, you can TRUST yourself around the foods. You are a woman who practices mantra's ("I am an intuitive eater who respects my body"), who eats intentionally, and who respects her body by honoring her fullness cues.

I love you, Pretty's! Connect with me on Instagram @coachsamisnow for more inspiring content on overcoming the voice in your head that tells you to go eat some more.
xoxo Coach Sami Snow
