Today we welcome Sahar. She shares her experience tackling pregnancy alone and how that drove her to google every possible thing she could, fueling her anxiety. She shares how that coupled with her traumatic birth experience sky rocketed her anxiety during Postpartum.
Sahar is a full time doctor and full time mother. Dr. Zadeh did her residency training at Mount Sinai Hospital, in Manhattan. She was later granted the prestigious opportunity to become Chief Resident of Mount Sinai Beth Israel. Dr. Zadeh has trained under some of the most-world renowned Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Zadeh has had extensive experience with sports medicine, bunion and hammertoe deformities, trauma, pediatrics, and diabetic limb salvage.
