Casey shares her journey through high school & collegiate athletics, and her experience at the D1 level where she was also challenged with multiple in-season injuries.
After graduating & discovering the confusing reality of no longer being titled an “athlete”, Casey goes on to share her experience in the corporate world & how she found the courage to leave her draining desk gig to chase her dreams. No one knew she had no idea what was in store for her next, but she followed her heart & as it usually does, it all worked out in her favor in the end, or rather, the beginning. ;)

When you hear “bikini season”, do you feel pressure and anxiousness start to rise?

Society has totally ruined our self-esteem, and the diet industry has done everything BUT influence true self-love & body confidence. We are conditioned to believe we need to “fix” ourselves by “buying this” and “consuming that”... When in fact, it's all a bunchaaaa BULL SH#T.
