This week on PNP we chat a gorgeous lady with the heart the size of a lions 🦁 Yes, she is a beautiful friend of the PNP's who founded a group for empaths on Facebook called, “Empaths: Connect Protect Inspire” and is an Inner Leadership Coach making a difference in the lives of others daily. Her name is Brónagh Lyons.
We discover what an 'empath' is, and have a deep chat about harnessing our superpowers, the compound effect, sink or swim 🏊🏻♀️, recognising awareness is key and we are more capable than we ever thought possible, & the second book she is in the process of completing called 'The Game of Confidence’.
