Today on the Irish and international stage of PNP we have another unique and supreme, divine human being.
In 2015 Sarah was blessed to cross paths with Ava Hennessy. The warm hearted, incredibly brave and extraordinarily talented pole dancer, stripper, performer and producer of Taboo pole show. They lived together on the docks of Galway city for over three years, where she got to witness Ava follow her dance passion, from being certified as a dance instructor in 2016 to producing her first pole show, “Taboo,” in 2017.
Ava has stripped in clubs across Ireland and the UK and recently featured as a guest on the podcast, “Yes A Stripper Podcast.”
We chat about the meaning of body positivity, getting comfortable with insecurities, not reacting to nasty comments online, pole dancing and the stripping industry.

Today on the Irish and international stage of our PNP podcast we visit Aisling's personal trainer.
Situated in the heart of Finglas, Dublin is an incredibly passion and purpose fuelled business, Fitt Conditioning Finglas. This gym has been a major source of positivity and wellbeing for hundreds of people locally for nearly eight years now. The local community have been blessed by the passion dedication and drive of the man behind the barbell, Paul ‘Fred’ Hennessy, for setting up and sustaining this powerhouse.
Beyond the gym Fred is actually such a community activist and is very passionate about helping people. His warm-hearted nature has been expressed through various projects, mentor ships and charities including coaching local soccer teams and increasing the body strength of people with conditions such as cerebral palsy and muscle dystonia.
One of Fred’s hobbies is power lifting, which he has been engaged in for the last four years and last year he competed in the Ulster Open Power Lifting Competition and finished runner up.
We chat about growing a business organically, making progress in the gym, strength training, power lifting, building relationships first, helping people, community spirit, training smart and consistently, managing stress, and doing what's right for you.

After he met us at our parking spot with a very warm welcome, he brought us into his studio in Woodquay, Galway. On entry the first thing that set fire to our souls was logs blazing from the wood burning stove and his incredible art that surrounded us.
Finbar McHugh is an Irish treasure and an inspiration who started his personal journey of expression through graffiti street art. Following his inner guidance and creativity has led him to the space he is in today, a wonderful studio in Galway city where he creates abstract art and holds space for energy awareness.
The conversation flowed from topic to topic and deep into the phenomenal phases of Finbar’s life. We chatted about transitioning from graffiti street art to abstract fine art, being commissioned for mindful art in Galway city's main hospital, living life from love over fear, travelling Europe as an artist and living in a campervan, your space being a reflection of your inner world, positivity, what success means for Finbar, and recognising your strengths.

Today on the Irish and international stage of our PNP podcast we chat to a man who considers himself a genius at many things. He loves an aul pint of Guinness and wrote his first song at thirteen years of age. Shortly after he thought himself how to play the guitar and is an absolute rockstar ever since. He has released three albums in his life, two of which were his own work and the other was a collaboration. He was in a band with his brother called, ‘The Hearty Boys’ and they gigged around London in the 1980’s.
His genius was also present in football where he broke records for being Arlington’s top striker. He scored the most goals in a season in the history of the whole club. The height of his genius came to fruition when his two beautiful children were born Dáron and Sarah Hearty. Partners in Positivity please help us welcome Mr Fran Hearty of, ‘The Hearty Boys’.

Welcome back to PNP! This is our first episode in 2022 and we are honoured to bring another beautiful humans life story to you. This week we interviewed a friend of Aisling’s, an ex boss Mr Jim Goldie. They met working in Ladbrokes in 2004 and have stayed in touch since.

In 2014 Jim’s life took a very unexpected turn when he had a cardiacs arrest and died on the street. He was blessed with exactly where it happened and the people that were around him at the time that brought him back to life. I don’t want to share too much of the story but as you listen you’ll be amazed and inspired just like we were. We find it truly amazing when miracles like this occur. Jim shares his story very humbly and as I said, it was an honour for us.
