054. This is our one-year anniversary show! I am talking about believing pregnancy is possible over 40, so we can have a better TTC experience. We are looking at how I believe, the process I go through, and a list of thoughts that have helped me. If you are pregnant, this works for believing anything. This episode has nothing to do with religion or God or faith or whatever upper power you believe. My goal is not to tell you that if you believe hard enough, you will get pregnant. Our experience getting pregnant and later pregnancy only lives in our brain.

She didn’t think her family was complete after her second daughter, but as the years went by, she wasn’t sure it was going to happen. She also explains how food played a role in her pregnancy to control gestational diabetes, and how labor stalled after going to the birthing center.

055. Maria grew up in Germany but is a Spaniard that now lives in Austin, Texas. She’s always been fit and has lived an active lifestyle.
