Body image is a sensitive subject, but as surgical intervention sky rockets and self-esteem plummets, it feels like an area which needs voicing. We hope that by sharing ideas from yoga and astrology we can shine a light on the root of these compensatory behaviours and offer a new lens to see ourselves, reminding listeners that we are all enough just as we are.
