Every baby comes onto the planet with an inner cheerleader that boosts them with phenomenal self-belief, but for many of us, the cheerleader goes aways and is replaced by a critical voice that starts to shut us down and make us believe that we are not good enough as a woman, a mum and a partner.

She also delivers courses for both doulas and postnatal/partum doulas with Conscious Birthing doula Training. She runs the Village Birth-keepers midwife and doula practice with independent midwife Kemi Johnson.
