Corey & Jessy are back... kind of. I was able to catch them somewhere in the middle of Kansas as they were heading cross country from the PA All Breeds Show to Colorado's All-4-Fun.
We catch up on the last several weeks of events and activities... including the New Jersey Jeep Invasion and the dozen or so CTI Tour Stops they've done over the last 18,000 miles.
As usual, we get fairly random in the show including discussing Corey's post-surgery recovery, Jessy's new GoMammut aluminum tent, Jeepers Jamboree, the saga of the Locker Sensor problem on Funshine, revisiting SpiderWebShade, and what you do when confronted by a Ford Explorer going end over end on the freeway towards you.

But, since next week is Jeepers Jamboree, the grandaddy of them all, I thought it was a perfect time to revisit Episode 75, our visit with the man who makes Jeepers Jamboree happen, Bob Sweeney.
The episode was originally recorded in July of 2020, in the midst of the pandemic and the lockdowns.
Bob digs into why, despite everything and lots of community support, they decided to cancel Jeepers Jamboree this year [the first time in 67 years], how their County was threatened by California's Governor Newsom, how they get 800 Jeeps through this epic trail, why the Rubicon Trail depends on Jeepers Jamboree for it’s own survival, having incredible volunteers, the Jeep Jamboree Kids program called Camp Rubicon, what the history is between Jeepers Jamboree and Jeep Jamboree USA, and Going Ultra4.
