He battled with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and after attending countless therapy sessions, found that all things in life kept pointing him back to yoga. Once yoga became more than a brief time span of active movement, but an intentional moment of unity between mind and body, he began to truly understand the power of this practice and why it is still gaining popularity across the globe. Trevor has received so much from yoga and now, his heart’s desire is to share the lessons he has learned on his journey through healing in hopes that it may help someone else find their way.
