Modern Aging

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a problem that affects men of all ages and can be very embarrassing. Many men struggle with performance in bed and turn to supplements or other tips, but the promised results are often not achieved. The information available on ED can be confusing, making it harder for men to manage their sexual life. Poor sexual performance in bed can lead to a loss of self-esteem which may affect other parts of their life.

Talking about erectile dysfunction (ED) is not always an easy conversation, but it is important to address the issue if we want to help our men as they age. ED happens when a man can't get or keep an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse. It can be caused by a variety of factors. Aging and certain lifestyle habits are often linked with this condition. Fortunately, there are treatments available that help men regain their sexual health and confidence.

In this episode, sexual performance coach Brian Ayers dives deep into men’s sexual wellness and provides tips for those who are having a tough time in the bedroom.
