Claire Mortimer, Head of Learning UK, Ify Okolie, Project Safety and Environmental Manager and Donna Foster, Customer Programme Manager provide insights into the challenges and opportunities that are present when working in a STEM Organisation.
We explore how a historically focused problem solving environment can be enhanced when showing up from a mindset of Growth. We discuss how a mindset of Growth leads to more curiosity, openness to change, innovation and resilience.
