More so than in the last century we are looking at the people behind the business when we buy. We are being encouraged all over social to support local small businesses but these are the businesses we need more from. They don't have shops on the high street, they don't have a huge workforce, and they don't have the usual signs of longevity that make us feel comfortable to buy and that is why we need a little more from small businesses, we need to feel like we know them so we can trust their product or service.
