04/18/22 • 32 min

Midlife Fulfilled Podcast: Thriving in Life, Career, and Leadership.

This week you'll meet Jeanne. She shares her experience and wisdom in hiring and leading employees decades younger than her. Her tough love goes deep. She admits to being intensely loyal to employees who learn and grow.
Jeanne advises us to treat younger workers with respect, guiding them as they need it yet allowing them to succeed on their own. She likes to hire groups of young workers so they will bond, building loyalty to each other and to the company.
In this episode, Jeanne's wisdom serves us well when dealing with younger people in the workplace but her advice has practical application outside the workplace too.

I know you'll be inspired by Jeanne's practical tips in this episode.
