Claudia Morgillo has been in the Automotive Industry for over 20 years. She founded Doublesee Enterprises along with her husband, Claudio over 11 years ago and they have grown from one repair facility to 6 Fix Auto locations as well as 3 Novus Glass with a centralized head office located in Toronto, Ontario Canada.
Claudia is also an International Coaching Federation accredited professional coach and leadership trainer, with a specialty in ADHD coaching.
As a leadership coach she has created a unique employee/team development system for her organization, to help build and support the most positive and productive culture possible. She is a known advocate for the encouragement and hiring of females employees and currently employs 25% within her organization.
Collision Management Magazine featured Claudia and her team in the May 2016 edition setting a record as their 1st ever All Female Cover.
