In the media hype behind Big Data, we often forget that small business enterprises can also take advantage of data analytics. The challenge is that many businesses - even as we speak - still haven't either captured critical data and/or have bothered to organize the data they have.
In this video clip, I give you two real-life examples of two businesses who have missed the boat - one with dire consequences. Don't be those businesses!
