Sprout pencils have a dissolving cap of seeds in place of an eraser, allowing consumers to use their pencils, then plant the unused “stumps” to grow into beautiful gardens. As a founder that had been a serial entrepreneur for over 15 years and who had experienced working in both large and small companies, Michael used his skills to bring Sprout to market and help them achieve true commercial success.
