She earned a full scholarship and played collegiate Women’s soccer at at James Madison University where she majored in Kinesiology and minored in Business. Megan has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and hold a variety of nationally accredited certifications including ACSM CPT, AFPA Pre Post Natal, RRCA Run Coach and TRX. Outside of the sweat life, Megan loves spending time with her husband Justin, her two boys Dylan and Bennett, and her fur baby Duke the dog!
