Your body is a treasure. It is your very own fragment of earth, a materialized representation of your soul. With it you move, talk, eat, touch.... listen, wonder, think, look.... cavort, love and create. You can even use your body to create a new body. What you may not realize is that your body is evolving. The various energies streaming through and beyond your physical layers are rapidly expanding into a coordinated system: your developing light body.
This changing you can do new things. This includes hanging out with others in new ways to create things we’ve never experienced before. Which leads me to the question: Would you like to come to a ‘Heart Party’? When is it? Whenever you are here. Where is it? Wherever you are. What should you wear? Expanding your outerbody layers and getting your chakras moving should make you more than presentable. Who will be there? Other people around the world who are activating their light body and finding out the truth about who and what they are.
This isn’t a regular kind of party where we meet at a physical location. Instead, we’ll gather at a vibrational meeting place.... a matrix of heart energy that we co-create and expand over time. This type of party builds energy, health and fulfilling relationships. It may be the kind of celebration you’ve been wanting and even explain why you’re sometimes craving something different than the more typical social events. So please will you come to the party? It’s a wonderful way to celebrate your shining heart and share it with your light body family.
Before we begin our guided journey, I want to let you know that I’m not planning on making new episodes in this format anymore, but will be very involved in this material in other ways. Are you stuck in a conflict with someone or something in your life? Does it feel difficult or even impossible to resolve? You may have never considered that you can use your own body to open a flow of communication and harmony. In today’s episode we’ll go through a meditative process to try this out and see how it works for you.
We’ll begin with some freeform proprioceptive movement to release stress and promote alignment. Then, instead of communicating through words, you’ll work with your outerbody, heart chakra and soul frequencies to create a vibrational bridge with a situation or person with whom you feel conflict. This opens new friction free pathways, allowing understanding to take the place of defensiveness, confusion and power struggles. Then you can initiate a non-verbal ‘conversation.’ Emotional wounds and convoluted thought patterns that are contributing to the conflict are bypassed.
We also initiate the higher vibrations of the soul to infuse the interaction and encourage it to move through these dense levels of restriction. Compassion melts away layers of disturbance that have been preventing all involved from truly seeing and hearing each other.

In this podcast we do meditative processes that open doorways of perception. Like focusing the aperture of a camera and watching a whole scene suddenly come into clear focus, you can adjust your nervous system to directly experience dimensions of in-form-ation that were previously unavailable. Your world literally widens in scope and creativity, just like when you learned to read or ride a bike or drive a car.
Today we’ll enter into a part of the body you may never have considered much: your cranial bones. Feeling into and encouraging small degrees of subtle motion in the cranial bones can release physical and psychological restrictions, as well as having a unique affect on the energy field that emanates from your physical self. We’ll focus on using these skills to release stress and come into closer relationship with the people, creatures and environment around us.

We humans have been going about our business for the last few thousand years with our solar plexus as a dominant force. In the mood to explore the you-niverse? No need for a fancy telescope to traverse the vast dimensions of your own body. It's full of wonder and riches that you may not believe until you actually feel them for yourself.
In order to begin our journey, we’ll be exploring a type of slow motion exercise called proprioceptive exercise. Slow motion movement activates nerve receptors in your muscles and tendons. These receptors relay information to your brain about movement and muscle tension so that your nervous system can monitor where you are in space and time.
More proprioception leads to expanded perception, an enhanced proprioceptive awareness. This can be used to detect new ranges of sensation, vibration and energy. But why would you want to do this?
Your proprioceptive system is operating physiology of your inner inner guidance system. It works to monitor your body’s position and alignment, kind of like your own personal GPS. Expanded proprioception means expanded, accurate guidance. Like updating the maps app on your phone for up to date directions and traffic information, activating your proprioceptors gives you up to date information on how to navigate your life: everything from physical movements, emotions, thought patterns, career decisions or what color to paint your bedroom.
In the following guided journey we’ll do some proprioceptive exercise, and then travel into the field of energy that surrounds and permeates your physical body, the bioplasmic outerbody. You’ll have the opportunity to experience contact with an expanded frequency range of yourself, otherwise known as your soul, and initiate deeper connection and alignment. The benefits of this type of work are enormous and can’t really be described in words, so let’s head into ourselves to find out directly what they are.

The natural world is composed of different types of forces, or elements, like water, air and fire. Each one is a field of consciousness that permeates not only our earth plane, but also extends out into solar and galactic dimensions of activity. You can use specific movements to invoke the energy of the elements in your body and enter into a vast array of opportunities for healing, learning and entertainment.
We will activate these elemental powers by expanding our frequency, opening the outerbody membranes and doing specific motions that call each element into closer contact within our field. We will work with the natural forces of earth, water, fire, air and ether. I will lead you through a simple movement for each element in order to ‘call’ or invoke its activity in the body. Then the element itself can directly inform you about itself - what its characteristics are, how it functions and how it can enrich and enliven your life.
