This material has been developed and taught by Saul Goodman for over 35 years to help people grow in a healthy and balanced way. The facilitator of this podcast is Lynn Goodman, Saul’s colleague and wife, who has taught with him for 20 years. Whether you've struggled with quieting your mind or you're an experienced meditator, you can use this work to safely and enjoyably navigate into altered dimensions of experience.
