Family Ties, A Conversation about Change, Grief, and Mindset Ft. My Sister Caitlyn Moore
Conversations like the one you'll hear today are why I started the podcast. The opportunity to sit down and learn more about the people you know the most is such a gift. Today on the pod, I'm joined by my little sister, Caitlyn Moore, to talk about the transitional point she's at in her life as a recent graduate (almost, she just needs to throw the cap, so close enough). The conversation branched out into a look into her past year and the dynamics surrounding handling change, healing from trauma, grief and more. Kick back and relax and enjoy this week's chat.
