Life Coach Radio Network - "Undivided" - Episode#8 - Self Care versus The Demands of Life
play

10/17/17 • 73 min

"Undivided" focuses on breaking down the cultural, age, racial, demographic, economic, gender-based, and other barriers that society has put in place to keep communities divided. The show focuses on unity, harmony, and peace. The program seeks to raise awareness and provide potential solutions to a range of topics. My next show will feature a discussion on the importance of Self Care compared to the demands of our busy lifestyles. The pace of our world has changed and the seemingly endless stream of texts, news alerts, emails, social media updates, and work related pressures can leave very little time for people to focus on themselves. This episode will look at the importance of taking care of one's self so that we can be present and prepared to serve others in our family, friends, and colleagues. My special guest for this important topic is Maria Maduri, a fellow Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and ELI-MP who has a coaching practice focused on helping people to determine how they can live more fulfilled lives. Maria has coached people to more fulfilling career choices, relationships, and family/work balance situations. She will share strategies to push aside the demands of life in order to have time for Self Care on a routine basis. Frank J. Maduri is the host of "Undivided" and a Certfied Professional Coach, ELI-MP and professional freelance writer. Frank has published news stories in 42 countries globally and has a poetry book published on Amazon. He has worked in sales and marketing in a variety of industries most currently in consumer electronics and appliances. He understands the importance of "recharging the batteries" with Self Care. Please join us for an exciting program and interesting dialogue on a topic we all need to improve in our lives.

"Undivided" focuses on breaking down the barriers that society has put up between people and groups of people. The show focuses on unity, harmony, togetherness and peace. The societal constructs of race, gender, ethnicity, religion, and political views are man-made ideas designed to divide people and keep them separate. This program focuses on the common ground that all people have in the sense that we all want to care for our families and live fulfilling lives. This episode will be on healing from the events of recent weeks: from Charlottesville to Hurricane Harvey. I will recap the first four episodes of the program and look again at the themes of: Faith over Fear, Hope Over Despair, and Using Technology for Good/Harmony. It will be a more interactive show instead of having one main co-host or guest. It will have multiple callers to drive conversation around those themes. I will cover the Hurricane Harvey relief efforts as well as the impact recent events hold in the backdrop of the upcoming September 11th day of remembrance. I will look ahead to future programs and their themes. Frank J. Maduri is the host of "Undivided" and is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) as well as a freelance writer and journalist. His news writing has been distributed globally to over 40 countries. His coaching practice focuses on unlocking the hidden potential within each person.
