Did you know that wearing your bra less, or even not at all, could have a significant impact on your breast health including potentially preventing breast cancer? Medical anthropologist Syd Singer is on the show to discuss the findings from his studies showing a correlation between bra wearing and breast disease, which he presented in his book Dressed to Kill. While correlation is not causation, these and other findings do indicate that breast health could be dramatically improved by reducing the amount of time women wear bras.
