My guests today have been on social media and influencers for more than a decade. From chronicling their journeys around the globe, to their journey as a couple and now a new journey as they share their dream of becoming fathers on the new podcast, "Who's Your Daddy?" Michael Lindsay and Matt Schueller are making their first appearance on the Left of Str8 Show. I have been a huge fan and follower for many years, living vicariously through their travels all over the world.

Now living in Portland, one of my favorite cities, where I actually lived for 4 years, these hard working men have been sharing their journey for the last year and a half on the quest to become parents. They talk with others on the path and experts in the field, as well as share things you don't know and how learning everything can change your mind on how to approach it along the way. If you were not fans already, this new series is just another way for them to show what great guys they are, their authenticity and the fun they have along the way.

Check out their great photography and more on their website at www.michaelandmatt.com and you can find them all over social media.

Please give this interview a thumbs up here on YouTube and a 5 star rating on your favorite podcast distributor, and share with your friends so we can keep sharing great LGBTQ Content with you all.

My guests today are fellow podcasters from the fun show, "No New Friends." Scott Maffei started the podcast a few years ago with one of his best friends Mary and since then has launched a second show, "No New Friends, After Dark," and I am happy to have Scott's co-hosts from that show, Chris Yobb and Neil Bryan. What started out as a venue for interviews they were doing that didn't always match the tone of the original No New Friends, this second show features those interviews, plus delves into allyship and issues facing the lgbtq community, as well as topical issues.

Scott, Chris and Nick talk about their show, what they have learned it means to be an ally and how the show has helped Nick, who is gay, how to cultivate better friendships with our straight allies and has made him a mini celebrity in the process. Tune in for this fun and informative interview with three funny and great guys.

Be sure to check out the men and their website at www.nonewfriendspodcast.com and you can follow him on most social media sites. Please give this interview a thumbs up here on YouTube and a 5 star rating on your favorite podcast distributor, and share with your friends so we can keep sharing great LGBTQ Content with you all.

Today’s Show we have the start to Spooky Season happening. For the month of October, at least one of my two interviews each week will be from the realm of Horror or True Crime. I am excited today to bring back to the show, the amazing Producer, Director and Author, Sam Irvin is joining me again. We talked in Sam’s last interview about his friendship and working with the lovely Elvira, Mistress of the Dark, Cassandra Peterson. He directed her campy movie, “Elvira’s Haunted Hills” and he has directed so many fun and spooky horror projects on both Television and the Silver Screen. Last time he was on we also talked about his book, a memoir, “I Was A Teenage Monster Hunter.” The book talked all about his growing up and interviewing a virtual who’s who in the horror industry. Now, he has a new book, a behind the scenes of “Frankenstein A True Story,” that was a two part miniseries on television with some of the most queer infused content produced at the time. So much so, the behind the scenes team called themselves the Lavender Mob. Sam also gives us the name of an up and coming filmmaker to be on the watch for.
