This week, I’m excited to welcome Elizabeth Boham, M.D., M.S., R.D. who is here to help us uncover why self-care can be so difficult to maintain when times are tough. Today, she serves as the Medical Director at The UltraWellness Center in Lenox, Massachusetts.
Through her practice and lecturing, Elizabeth has helped thousands of people achieve optimum health and wellness. She’s also an advocate and guide when it comes to taking care of ourselves from the inside out.
