Antony Yee is a Film & Television director, writer, producer and editor with over 25 years industry experience. He has worked on &/or created TV shows for the Seven Network, MTV & SBS. He has also been a lead (or senior) creative on multiple advertising campaigns for Foxtel for well over a decade.
These days you can find him delving and indulging in the world of motion capture and CGI animation; a sandbox he has been dying to play in for years. Plus, he is also a founding member of the award-winning online comedy group Bullet Pudding.

Marathons and mega hangovers
Last Drinks
03/25/23 • 38 min
Ruth Cooper-Dickson lives in the UK and used to drink a lot when she went out. Networking in the corporate world was always easier with a few drinks under her belt, but her passion for running marathons kept her drinking somewhat in check. It was back to back events which involved her emptying out her purse to a complete stranger that had Ruth asking the question, 'should I give up drinking?' So she did. And since then it hasn't been a straight forward path but Ruth has discovered more effective coping tools to deal with the big life stuff, she also just ran a personal best marathon too.
If you are a side hustle chaser or corporate high flyer, Ruth's story will inspire you to do the hustle hangover free.
An award-winning positive psychology practitioner and trauma-informed accredited coach, Ruth founded global Mental Wealth consultancy CHAMPS in 2015 and has since worked with a multitude of internationally renowned brands. With a firm belief that corporate wellbeing services are only as effective as the culture in which they are delivered, Ruth designs and delivers programmes helping clients on their journey of positive organisational change
Ruth shares her lived experience of anxiety disorders, trauma, ADHD, and her sober life. She is patron of the UK charity No Panic, runs two other coaching brands and holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.
