We're so excited to be launching our very first LAF life podcast episode.

We are 4 friends that came together to share our four different perspectives giving up alcohol. We hope to debunk some of the myths about what life is really like being alcohol-free. Our goal here is to build a judgment free, safe community to learn, share, grow and heal together. We share our real life experiences uncensored. Things you can expect from future episodes are, special guest appearances, topics like; "Mommy Wine Culture", finding new healthier outlets, Men and drinking, what it's like to be in social situations without alcohol, Social Stigmas and labels, building your support system, what self-care and self-love really look like, dating alcohol-free and so much more!
