Through teaching, motivating and mentoring she is helping youth both girls and boys find their own success. Community is very important Mrs. Hayes. She learned that having great mentors herself has paved the way to several wonderful programs she created to help young people find their VOICE. She was a school teacher for many years and decided more can be done without the bureaucracy of formal education.
