John talks about his military career mostly spent as a Paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division, his multiple deployments and eventual retirement. We discussed the importance of the non-for-profit organization Team RWB (Red, White & Blue), which John is a current Chapter Captain. Team RWB's mission is to connect Veterans to the community and provide enrichment to their lives. Lastly, we discuss Ultra Trail Running and John's favorite Ultra Trail Run that he has competed in.
