A fitness enthusiast, Certified Personal Trainer & Coach with Orange Theory Canada who has a warm, welcoming & results driven approach to all that meet him on the fitness floor. Bob shares why he chose to head over to the West Coast of Canada & join the Orange Theory team as a head coach, guiding class participants through an interval based fun workout.
