A fitness enthusiast, Certified Personal Trainer & Coach with Orange Theory Canada who has a warm, welcoming & results driven approach to all that meet him on the fitness floor. In this episode we tap into all things Orange Theory. Bob shares why he chose to head over to the West Coast of Canada & join the Orange Theory team as a head coach, guiding class participants through an interval based fun workout.
